I personally know them and have seen some apartments. Some of the apartments are very nice and comfortable, I really would like I could afford to have one of them :-).
Filippo, Michela, Annalisa speak a very good English (quite unusual for Italians) and are very helpful and kind, I have seen them help their clients with any type of problems.
Personally I would recommend them.

Unique Qualities: There are many apartments for rent in Venice (because for the owners is more profitable then a long rent to venetians), and they are really a wonderful way to enjoy Venice, but what I think is very important, and always suggest, is to look for a reliable and good assistance.
You could have a problem, a delay or need a hint, I think a good agency with an English speaking office in town and kind people to help you is important.
