Fortunately for the city but unfortunately for me, the cathedral area was being done up. But the beauty of this little town ear Buenos Aires, home to Our Lady of Luján, Argentina's patroness, has definitely put it in my list of places to come back. I hope next time the doing up is done...

Lujan is a very interesting pilgrimage centre in Argentina quite like Aparecida do norte in Brazil!
