Benicia is located in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. It is on the shore of the Carquinez Straight. From Benicia, the National Defense Reserve Fleet, or Mothball Fleet, can be observed.

Correction, USS Iowa is going to the Port of Los Angeles. It was restored at Richmond and is currently delayed by weather for the tow to So Cal.

Great read again!! As for the transportation tip I came to think it's kinda odd that Germany hasn't set any tolls on any highways whatsoever.
