The "Round the World Trip" in March 2012: Dubai - Paris - Minneapolis-St.Paul - Winnipeg - Toronto - Santiago - Mendoza - Buenos Aires - Johannesburg - Dubai. WOW!!

Very traditional and rustic Sultanate of Oman during our 2011 Christmas holidays. We did enjoy how clean Muscat was and how friendly Omanis are. Musandam Peninsula and the Strait of Ormuz was fantastic. It is a must when visiting Oman!

Once again to lovely Europe during 2011, Paris (France) & North of Germany (Spiekeroog, Hannover, Hameln & Bremen) in August, Barcelona (Spain) in July and Florence, Siena and Il Borro in La Toscana (Italy) in May.

The most amazing South Patagonia (Argentina) in January 2011, Perito Moreno Glacier, Ushuaia and Rio Gallegos. Worth the visit!! I would certainly recommend this destination.

Ras Al Khaimah, a city 1 hour north from the prosperous and world known Dubai, is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Peaceful, full of opportunities and, of course, very warm!

Mendoza, in the west of Argentina and near the Andes mountains, is the city where I was born. A sunny place in summer, but with strong winters (see my Snowy winter - Mendoza City 2007 TraveloguePage).

Mendoza is world known because of its excellent wines. Wine is my passion. If it is yours, visit Mendoza and enjoy wine tasting, wine tourism, wine architecture, wine landscapes, ... Wine & Mendoza, a good couple. Visit our place in Medrano and whenever in Mendoza, try the best Malbec ever.

I lived in 5 different cities within Argentina, (Salta, Santiago del Estero, Cordoba, Mendoza & Buenos Aires) and in Asunción (Paraguay), Paris (France) & Barcelona (Spain).

Now we live in Ras Al Khaimah, in the United Arab Emirates.

Travelling is what I have been doing for the last 38 years!, opening my mind and discovering new people, new cultures, new places, new ways to do things and to understand the world.
