i havent been to Banaue just yet. All infos you may find here are just products of my research(essss) while planning a trip here. just posting in advance.

so far, i think there is only one bus company with trips direct from manila to banaue:

Autobus. 02-7358096.
located in G. Tolentino, Espana Manila (near UST).

trips to Banaue costs 450/pax.
they have one trip daily at 10pm.
EAT at Banaue is 6am.

for operator-assisted call to Banaue, you may dial 109 and they will connect you. charges are: php 28/ 1st 3 mins, php 6 every suceeding minute. i think direct dial is cheaper.
