We were so looking forward to going to Key Largo and driving the rest of the keys . We stayed in TAVERNIER. We went to fish , it is a wonderful place to Catch the big one . I have never seen water so blue. We could look down off the boat and see the fish just waiting to be caught.On this trip it RAINED 5 out of the 7 days we were there. We were very disapointed in town itself and the surrounding keys. The best advice I can give you is FLY INTO KEY WEST AND STAY THEIR OR FLY INTO MIAMI AND GO DIRECTLY TO KEY WEST LOOK AT THE REST OF THE KEYS FROM YOUR CAR WINDOW AS YOU DRIVE DOWN HIGHWAY 1. |
