Thanh My hotel is the newest offering in Cam Ranh Town with cheap room rates. It sits along Hwy 1, easily found with its attached restaurant of ample seating. Staff is friendly and accommodating and can arrange a variety of local tours - boat, jeep, etc. The area is growing yet little tourist traffic yet. A number of locally known beaches are around the bay and and a large lake held by a dam looks enticing for opportunities of catching your own fish for dinner, etc. The lake is in Dong Lac area just west of the town on the way to Khanh Son town up the mountain. There are hot springs around to relax also. The local Cam Ranh airport used to be a large American Airbase during the Vn war and now provides connections thru-out the country.
Unique Qualities: Tennis and Badmiton courts, local tour assistance by boat, jeep, car, etc can be arranged. Just down the street of Hwy 1 is Mai Linh Taxi should you need a driver to get around.

Directions: North of downtown Cam Ranh on East side of main road. Can't miss it on the way. It's also just south of the My Ca bridge leading from Cam Ranh airport on the peninsula.
