"Cam Ranh Growing" Cam Ranh by dongbathin

Used to be based near here while in US Army during the war 1968 thru 1972. Met my wife here during one of my tours and we are happily married for 35 yrs. Visited her family upon my return and we intend to come again soon 2006 to further visit Khanh Hoa Province of which Cam Lam/Cam Ranh is part of. Airport is now open and serves this area and access to Nha Trang City with its beautiful beaches - a nice small city with historic areas to visit besides usual communist victory sites and those cemeteries celebrating only the "martyrs of the revolution". People are friendly and climate is great. I enjoy the rural lifestyle more than the city type so feel more at home. I would love to open a coffee shop catering to esp USA tourists to help welcome them back.
