Really, I want THULA but it's not in the VT database. The only Thula is in Tennessee. However, the 'Falling Rain' geographical database lists a Thila, and from their satellite picture you can clearly see the cisterns, so I guess I'm in the right place. |

Yes, it's the right place. That's Thula/ Thila. The vowels are not usually written in Arabic place names. One Yemeni told me that if they want to know how to pronounce the name of a new town , they have to look at the English translation on the road sign. |
