    • Luckily we got upgraded from a very basic room to the main wing. This is the new part of the hotel. Still very basic. Terrific view of the airconditioning and must have been right above the fish-cleanign room by the smell that was outside...sheesh

    We just wouldnt stay in the first room we were given. Started looking for alternate accomodation.
    They advised that our daughter (9years old) couldnt have a rollout cause they were out of them.

    Most of their money has been spent on the foyer. Shame really cause its in such a great spot just behind Patong tower

    Unique Qualities: Cranky staff... I think its because of the promises made in the advertising that they cant possibly keep and then all the abuse they must get from unsatisfied customers.
