Harrison is not a well known place, but it offers access to a wide range of outdoor and indoor opportunities. It's just north of the Buffalo National River, which is a wild river with rafting, kayaking and camping. Then, it's just south of Branson, Missouri. You can get out of the traffic of Branson, but still spend the day at a show or over in Silver Dollar City. Maybe you're interested in a more relaxed outdoor experience. Then you have Table Rock and Bull Shoals Lake for flat water boating (houseboats), water skiing or just laying around a beach.
