Hello my friends!
No updates for the moment, I am not traveling a lot apart from discovering
some curious local places here and there. Just wanted to send tons of smiles to all my VT friends and a SONG to some special ones.
Life is beautiful . . . enjoy it!!

å -Benvinguts!. But let me start with a big "Bonjour!!" as my life, aujourd'hui, is in French
-Elisa, Eli, Elitxo, Elyssa, Elise, إليزا . . . I answer to all these names and more.
-I'm from Barcelona, in Catalunya. But my curiosity (for new places, new cultures, people . . .) is bigger than my love for this city, so I am always happy TO LEAVE. Sometimes there is a reason to leave, sometimes not. Sometimes there is a clear destination, sometimes not.
-I am a people watcher
-I would like to visit all the countries so I still have a lot of work to do... :-)
-I would like to visit all the Unesco places, you can see my advances on my travelogue
-I think life is like a house with lots of windows...I want to open as many windows as I can

-I visited Shakrisabz, Timur's village, with my "adoptive father" (my taxi driver) who always accompanied me holding my guidebook when I wanted to take pics (it's impossible to be alone in Uzbequistan!!)
-And let's visit for a while my country and the beautiful city of Tarragona. Catalunya is much more than Barcelona.
-Mountains, black virgins and bastides in my Cathar Route in South of France, still not finished (sigh!) but I am doing my best to remediate.
-I have already finished (yuppieeee!!) my page about Mali, my first trip to black Africa
-And let's go to the smiling village of Zaghouan, in Tunisia. Mountains in Tunisia are very beautiful :-)
-Another Tunisian page finished, Kairouan, which will be during all 2009 the World Capital of Islamic Culture -Have you ever heard about the "City of the Infinite"? This is my small vt contribution to India about a real "off the beaten path place" |
