Luckily we had booked a deluxe room which was a lovely room except for the bathroom which was dark and old . Most things were adequate but nothing stood out except for the main lobby with all the lanna decor . The lifts took forever to come and then were full so you spent a while hanging around waiting . It's one benefit is that it's joined to the shopping mall which was great and we spent more time in there than the hotel .
Unique Qualities: The deluxe rooms had lanna decor and nice views over the hills . It also had a huge pool with a nice surrounding area .
