As long as I remember, Egypt has been a country were I wanted to travel to.
Their history has always interested me. The first time my dream come true was in 1989. A trip to Cairo and Alexandria with my brother. Then there was a long pause, until march 2005, when I wisited this beautiful country again. This time 15 days and many places, Luxor, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Aswan, Cairo, El Alamein .... My brother was also on the trip, and a friend from the office, who is just as interested of Egypt as me and my brother. Next trip was in March 2006. Now with my two daughters and the same friend from the office. We took a cruise on the Nile, and visited many places. My daughters fell in love with Egypt at once. It´s not only the history of the country, there is so much more. When you go there, it feels like you´re home. The people are so friendly. There is also a mixture of ancient and the present time, but you have to bee there to understand what I´m trying to tell.
My next trip to Egypt is soon again.
