  Draga moja Mirica Vitti ;o) prišla sem pogledat slikce in besede iz Filipinov, pa jih ne najdem. Bom pa šla kam drugam po tvojih sledeh, ubežat temu ogabnemu dežju in mrazu. Objemčki!

    draga Kristina, hvala za prisrcen pozdravcek! ;) ja, lepo te je bilo zadnjic videt! mislim, da ne bo dolgo, ko se bova spet videli in ob tej priloznosti nujno nazdravili (razlogi so znani, hehe) s kozarckom Baticevega roseja ali pa kar dvema, da bo bolj zaleglo :) ves, zadnje case sem zelo redko na VT in tudi pisanje sem cisto opustila, zato nisi nasla nicesar na temo Filipinov. ponavadi preverim le posto in pogledam, ce je kaksno vprasanje o destinaciji, kjer sem bila, in morda s svojo izkusnjo lahko pomagam. seveda pa se naprej ohranjam stike z mojimi dragimi VT prijatelji :) objem!

    hola Lou!! so nice hearing from you! and thanks for the compliments! :) sorry for the late reply but I'm not on VT so often anymore. well, now you know about my recent trips, so what about yours? I just love Piran and always like to visit outside the main season. it's always sunnier and warmer than in Ljubljana. and besides, there are some nice hikes by the sea and a few cosy little restaurants serving fresh seafood. haha, I was there again yesterday :) all best to you and take care!

    Just back from a few days away from routine, it was very pleasant (except for the cold & windy weather :-) ) Glad to be back on my laptop. Smartphone is great otherwise but not as easy to surf freely. Time for lunch. Oh I really hope to see Piran again too. Loved it! Ciao and all the best!

    Octopus salad and red wine. Now if this doesn't put us at the very door of heaven then nothing else will! I will have my share of great food and great wine in a matter of an hour from now when I'll sit down to dinner with friends. We're having food from the Dominican Republic - island sustenance! I love yucca and plan to have plenty tonight. Yes, a couple of long years yet til the final day of retirement. Trying to keep my sanity meanwhile. The angel house abides and keeps me going. Funny was just on a long chat before with a VT member on her final stage of moving to Morocco. Ah, dreams what will we do without them but instead wither away like a shriveled tree unable to move from its spot! Next time Mira you must visit the gallery first and have a look at things to determine what you like and may find. You can always leave bought stuff at your hotel and ready to go upon your return. Hmmm, Ruben Dario, very forceful and mascular poetry for sure. Been years since I've read one of his. I have so much to think about and then silly stuff to pick for the trip. I'm so starved for quality time at my beloved house. How we die slowly from our passion under nourishing us without mal-intent! I can hardly wait to roll down the hill from my house and into the olive and orange orchards once again! Indeed Mira life is beautiful when we feel that we are especially! Great weekend to you my dear friend and stay with the good.

    hi Aida! I am in Sagada, at Sagada Lemon Pie House at the moment. Eddie is not in town but will be back today. I am just lazily wandering around, enjoying the nature, fresh air and local specialities. yes, see you in two weeks! :) Ingat!

    zdravo Vesna! dobrodosla nazaj! se ze veselim tvojih utrinkov. meni pa je uspelo pobegnit na Filipine, tokrat same nove destinacije. trenutno uzivam naravo, svez zrak ter kulinaricne dobrote Sagade :)

    Hvala! A ti pa kar na Filipine??? Verjamem, da uzivas, sploh ce zamenjas del zime za poletje :) Nama je hitro minilo, sva obiskala mozevo druzino, pa prijatelje, nekaj casa pa nama je ostalo se za kak nov kraj, ce bi pa hotela se kaj vec... bi pa se rabila kak dodaten mesec. A me je na koncu zdelala vrocina, pa slab zrak, ker precej kurijo gozdove v tej sezoni, poleg tega pa se je se znatno povecal promet... A vedno je neke vrste kulturni sok, ko se vrnes domov :)

  Love the Sv. Jakob, Slovenia photo. My winter fairy tale ended yesterday when I arrived back from Uganda to the wet snow of north Wales. I was definately happier in the 34.c dry heat of Gulu.

    oh, and don't miss San Antonio, the most traditional neighbourhood of Cali, old, bohemian neighbourhood with picturesque colonial houses, small independent theatres, arty cafes, eclectic bars, artists workshop and a small church Iglesia de San Antonio (with a splendid baroque altar) on the top of the hill.
