Comfortable, liveable city...... I am surprised at how casual yet sophisticated I found this city. It is very easy to get around with the mono rail , taxis etc. Its clean and there is a great variety of places to shop . The new freeway from the airport to city centre is now open. this reduces the time to connect to the airport by 15 to 20 minutes. Its a great road. |
Family day out? If you are looking for somewhere to take the kids for a day, try the Sunway Water park. you can leave the kids inside the park and spend the day in the huge Sunway shopping centre next door. This was probably the best shopping centre we came across. It has everything from good restaurants to an ice skating ring. Taxi from city centre to the park was about RM25-30 each way. |
