Kickoff I'm not allowing myself to get carried away .... but blimey! We've won two in a row! I love Manchester (and not just because my beloved City play there) for it's shopping, it's restaurants and it's general swagger... Deansgate is the place to see and be seen during the day, sit outside the Living Room and watch all the footballers trying to get their huge 4x4s through the monstrous traffic! |
Who says it always rains in Manchester? You could almost be in Rome! Manchester has some great architecture and, believe it or not, fountains... |
2006-2007 Season It's not been pretty (but then what City season is?) and the stick has been hard to take sometimes - did anyone else here the reds chanting 'Are you City in disguise?' at last nights champions league game (7-1 against Roma), but at last it seems as though City have safely avoided relegation to the Championship. I couldn't bear it if they came to Eastlands having won the Premiership and us been relegated! But we can just have a god old fashioned derby game with no pressure (yeah right!). :-) |

But it's never that easy with City is it??! ;-) | ettenaj Thu Apr 12, 2007 14:40 UTC I have been to a few events held at the MEN a really good venue |
