Quadra Island
A great place for camping, Quadra Island is just a short, 10 minute ferry ride from Campbell River on Vancouver Island. You're near "civilization", but Quadra has the feel of being away from it all.
Campgrounds
Not many people live on Quadra, but there are many campgrounds. Most of these are right on the beach, and there are trails to walk around on, in addition to the beach.
