Why, or perhaps simply how... | An intriguing coincidence found in the Faroes |
It's hard to try and put a finger on what exactly makes me want to travel around and discover new places. What makes anyone want to do anything anyway?
Perhaps there is a little sense of having to discover the world while alive, combined with a deep Love for the planet we inhabit. I mean, what point would there be in being alive if one were not to experience every second of it?
While a lot of people seek a career and perhaps anything else to do with any sort of feeling of worth in one's Life, I seem to believe that simply being born is the biggest and most important event in one's Life and that beyond that the world will supply us with the experiences we seek to have as long as we remain open to each moment as it comes along.
I am not looking for external wealth nor fame or fortune. I am seeking to experience each Moment from a place of deep understanding and Love, hoping to be aware of all the games that we all play in order to perhaps step aside and just let Life flow through me.
When I go to a location, be it a new country, a new city, a new road or a new establishment, I like to explore beyond the simple first impressions. I like to sit in that given space and feel Life as it is flows there. I attempt travelling as slowly as possible, to give myself the time and space to experience the travel and the places I go through fully, in order to not become stuck in a system of 'get there fast and then go again'. Slowing down is my number one priority in a world that seems to be addicted to speeding up.
Take time, breathe and feel Life. Enjoy Everything, Need Nothing. And remain open to the signs the world gives you, for they will take you to where you really want to go :) |
Where, and with whom? *under construction* |
