"My Travels" Phil1052's Profile

I have seen many places in the US, having been in 46 of the 50 states (working on the other four). These trips were family vacations, travel of business reasons (not one of my favorite reasons to travel) or just get in the car and drive. I have traveled from sea to sea and from the southern border to the northern border. My favorite places are the National Parks dealing with the Civil War, or those with scenery, such as Yellowstone.

In the past five years, I've made at least one trip a year to Europe. On these trips, I've been to interesting places, some of which I've made a second trip to see what I'd missed the first time. Also, I've made a trip to New Zealand, for me this was a very exciting trip, as I was going to vist with friends.
During my travels, I've hand many good experiences, trying the local foods, and drink (beer). I have not met anyone who was rude or not willing to help with questions. I have a list of places that I want to vist and hope to add more to this list.
