We had a room overlooking the strip (what else do you want?). I strongly recommend the SPA at TI: they provide a comfortable atmosphere in general and nonstop sports on telly as well as a nice selection of magazines about sports, cars and women ;-))

A nice hotel, located north of the 'main' hotels of the strip, near Stratosphere tower. I think it's one of the oldest hotels on the strip and quite small compared to some others...
Unique Qualities: If you're having a rest poolside you can hear the screaming from the top of Stratosphere tower where some guests are having 'fun' ...

Another one of the 'elderly' locations, not too big, nice rooms and easily accessible from the airport. Its just off I15 with MGM, Excalibur, NewYorkNewYork, Luxor, Hooters in the neighbourhood.
