Maiden's Tower Old City Baku is one of the most beautiful cities I have seen in the world. The walls are ancient and interesting. The Maiden's Tower sits near the water. At night it is lit up and looks pretty next to the water. Close to many nice restaurants, historical sites, and open bizares. |

Restaurants My favorite restaurant was near the Maiden's tower. I will put in the name later. It was in a very ancient building. When you walk in, you must go down a stone stairway into the cellar. There are two rooms and both are very beautiful. Food and service is great. Feels like royalty and meal costs between $16 and $20 in american dollars for two people. Would want my wedding reception here if I ever get married. |
