Restaurant Name: Fisherman seafood
I can suggest a couple other options for dinner. Check out www.fishermanseafoodmarket.com located near the river so it's not far away from the sunset cruise. Not a bad place, good food and good prices, I think within your budget. Also I may suggest that you check out China Town located again, close to the river, only a few blocks away on Yaowarat rd. Lots of Chinese restaurants with a wide variety of food choices and they would definitly be within your budget range and have great food. You may have to scout a bit during the conference and set it up but it would be easy and most establishments would be more than willing to accomodate you and almost any number of people. I would suggest going there at night to scout. Then you can see which restaurants and frequented by the locals and busiest. I doubt there are any web sites to contact ahead of time. Also, depending on where you are staying, they may be able to help you with suggestions in China Town or any other place. Good luck!

Restaurant Name: Seafood market
Probably one of the most popular places to visit is the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddah, located at the same site. However there are many many places that tourists visit while in Bangkok. Temple of the Dawn, Reclining Buddah, Jim Thompson Silk, China Town, Golden Mount, just to name a few. You can find all of these on the web, to include the floating markets. When you ask about the floating market I assume you are asking about Damnoen Saduak. I think that most tourists would be split on this. I always suggest going to this place the night before, get up early and hit the floating market at about 6am to beat the tourist rush. Once the other tourist get there it's no fun. You can also take advantage of the floating markets around Bangkok, just as fun and a lot less tourists. You'll have to hire a long tail boat on the river, access points all along the river, but if you need a reference point you can go to the Oriental Hotel or Royal Orchid and catch on there. Again, go early. The food is the only reason I ever go anymore, breakfast noodle soups, fruit, little snacks, etc... Restuarants in Bankok, you don't say what cuisine. You can virtually get any type of cuisine, european, american, thai japanese, chinese, great seafood, etc.. the price ranges vary as much as the many restaurants. Once you get there you will not have any problem finding a decent place to eat. There are maps at hotels and/or ask the hotel staff. Just a piece of advise though, as is the case of many big cities, expensive doesn't always mean better food! There are some great cheap places all over Bangkok, to include some of the street food. We've had some of the best noodles and noodle soups right on the streets. Don't know about the bed club, seen it but not interested in visiting myself. Hope that helped

There are tons of places to eat in this area. Anythiung from stall food to 5 star places. There is the Oriental Hotel, know for it's chefs and food, good but pricey. There are several seafood places alongf the river and you can refer to the guide that I have posted with this reply to see place and map. There is also Chinatown not too far away that, again, has tons of great restuarants, from DimSum to seafood, noodle shops, and peking duck. Also understand that for every restauarant listed on the web site that I have provided, there are probably 10 or more in the same area not listed that are just as good. To be honest, I look at web sites for places to eat before I head to Bangkok. I usually am wasting my time because I always get side tracked to other restauarants that I find on the way or see during my treks around the city. I think I may have gotten to two places that I initially intended to get to and usually disappointed. In Bangkok, retsuarants are everywhere and so many great ones not listed on any web site. Enjoy!
