Pablo's is NOT a place to get moules-frites
There's a Flemish word for moules-frites, but I don't know what it is. Suffice to say that Gent is THE place to go for this Belgian specialty. The mussels are fresh and nicely steamed in a variety of broths, and the lightly salted fries make for a perfectly casual accompaniment.
Favorite Dish: There are numerous places all over Gent to find moules-frites; I sampled a little place by the Graslei, which was brilliant, particularly with a spicy Italian-nuanced broth.
