Legaspi City is the capital of Albay Province, a bustling place with one main thoroughfare, Rizal Street that connects the port area with the district of Albay which is where most of the accomodations and restaurants are.

The port of Legaspi is my favorite place in the city because of the fascinating panoramic view of the port area, with the impressive Mayon in all its glory in the background.

Serves as the best viewing point for all of Albay other tourist attractions, with a 360 degrees view of the awe-inspiring majesty of Mayon Volcano, the Pacific Ocean and the city lights of Legazpi.

A picnic grove and a park all rolled into one, this place is the best way to commune with nature. There is a little zoo that has become one of the rescue centers for endangered species.

• Pros:the people are nice
• Cons:the electrical wirings are an eyesore to the city
• In a nutshell:can't get enough of the Mayon Volcano....will visit again!
