"Penang Island" Penang by Atif_37

Its better to get a map to move around Penang.The road is a bit complicated and traffic is quite heavy especialy during public holidays.The roads are very small so be careful.

The Bukit bendera, famous for its splendit view.It has a height of 700m+ above sea level a view which covers up the whole east coast of the island.Beyond it, the Seberang Prai and the busy waters of penang.At the top theres a Hindu temple with a beautiful view towards north of the island.Not far from it, is a mosque.You will see how peaceful the people are where two different religions getting along at the peak.To get to the top theres a locomotive that arrives every 15 - 30 mins intervals.Please leave ur back packs behind as u about to enter a confined space.Enjoy!

To enjoy the whole package if ur driving from the main land towards the island...pls do take the bridge.It'll cost about Rm6 for the tol.Take a slow drive and enjoy the view.Also look for food once ur in the island.Penang is famous for "Nasi Kandar".And when ur heading back to main land, do take the ferry.A short experience sailing across the busy waters of penang.Drive carefully when entering/leaving the ferry.
