There are a many street vendors around the city selling many local foods. Many of them were very good. Definitely worth the try.
Favorite Dish: The best thing that I had a was this little pancake type treat, with a sugar mixture in the middle that has melted. I had ones that were green tea or plain, they were unbelievable and really cheap to get.
Other food that we have gotten on the streets are different versions of rice cakes
Address: Throughout the city
Comparison: least expensive
Directions: The green tea version are in Itaewon, on a side street about 30feet away from the main street. I have been there twice, about 5 months apart and the same vendor was there each time. So good luck, maybe it will be there.

Great place, the restaurant had beautiful gardens and waterfalls. Great place to go to get traditional food. The restaurant is also owned by the golfer, Grace Park's family. They had lots of private dining rooms upstairs that were very comfortable. The service was excellent.
the website is excellent, has lots of pictures, the menu as well as prices.
Favorite Dish: I can't recall what I had to eat, but I do remember that the restaurant was excellent and very good. It was a great time.

This was a very large restaurant, serving dim sum. The atmosphere was excellent, very clean and good looking place. Service was very good, food came out in very timely manor and was very well presented. Menu include pictures, thus making it easier for non-Korean speaking guest to order and see what they were getting. I can't remember but I think i had an english speaking menu too.
Favorite Dish: Huge difference than the chinese foods you recieve in the US. In Korean tradition, they were cook healthy, well they tasted that way. Like the Fried Rice, it was the lightest I have every had, it was excellent. The dumplings, unbelievable. I can say Korea has given me the best dumplings than any other place in the world.
Address: sorry, can't help
Comparison: about average
Directions: Any concierge may know this, just refer to it as a very large, popular Dim Sum restaurant. That with the name, they should be able to find it.

This was an unbelieveable experience, the atmosphere and the staff and the food. We had a large party, we sat outside on a balcony, the owner had joined us for dinner. We had sampled almost all the dishes and they were all excellent.
Favorite Dish: The most impressive dish was the cold noodle soup that we had at the end of the meal. They were served in Ice Blocks and all the woman had ice blocks shaped like hearts. it was all Traditional Korean Food, and as always the beef was excellent.
Address: Sorry, i couldn't help with this
Directions: I know its off the main streets, located within the blocks. I believe it was in the general vacinity of the Ritz Carlton area
