Maryland is Underrated

by Crista_Lynn - last update: Jul 31, 2006

Why you may ask?

People seem to think that Maryland is just an overcrowded suburb of DC. True, it is overcrowded, but this is a great state overwise. The food is the best (crab cakes, oysters, stuffed ham, corn, muskrat) well maybe muskrat is not for everyone. We have many types of locations very close by beachs, mountains, battlefields, history, rivers, cities. And even though MD is heavily populated there are still many hidden rural areas. I understand if Maryland is not on your list of places you have to see before you die, and its not as dramatic as some places like Bryce Canyon, but please respect her and appreciate what she does have if you ever do visit.
