Very good. Conveniently located in Miraflores. 1 Block from the Parque Kennedy and the Calle de las Pizzas. Many many restaurants, fast food chains, bars, shops, laundry, ATMs, supermarket, department stores, souvenir shops (Avenida Petit Thouars) all close by within walking distance. Short taxi ride to Larco Mar. Safe. Not expensive, around € 55 a night per room breakfast included. Airco, complete bathroom, soundproof. Restaurant and bar and room service open 24 hours. My favorite when I'm in Lima-Miraflores.
In my opnion better than Posada del Inca Miraflores and the Best Western Embajadores.
