Name of Shop: Chatuchak Weekend Market
Chatuchak has everything under one roof...clothes, books, antiques...everything!!!! However...if you really looking for a bargain and dont want to be pushed and squeezed in a market that attracts 200,000 over people in a weekend, then go to Pratunam.....Chatuchak is an experience, but not the best place to shop...you can save up to half your money is you go to Pratunam.....Even though you can get everything and i guess its cheap....it wasnt the bext feeling to be there.....Prices would differ as expected by 300 baht for the same shirt.....At Pratunam....only about 25 baht would differ....The one big difference was I found...is the people there know they will make money, so they can buck up the prices and not care whether the manage to sell their stuff.....
Good Example....the same pair of jeans I got at Pratunam was 500 Baht cheaper than what was selling at chatuchak!!!!
What To Buy: You can get anything here...
What To Pay: anyway between...300-5000 baht...depending on what you get and how much you get cheated, hahaha!
