I hope people will find my tips useful, at the moment a have just started writing on some of the various places i have visited over the years keep coming back as i will make a concerted effort to finish the other tips as soon as. Cheers Kenny
well i made it Nice to Amsterdam........the longest non stop drive so far....picked the busiest day of the year not one of my better moves.......took 9 hours just to get from Nice to Lyon.....and then after 396 miles........POP.......then the van sounded like a Sherman tank.........no exsauste ......then the obligatory roadworks in the North of France......on to Luxembourg now midnight.....put my head down for an hour....then off again.....Belgium no problems at all........Enter the Netherlands.......get to breda then A25 to Utrecht is closed....sent on a detour through......ROTTERDAM......eventualy get to amsterdam 9:30........and straight into 420.....ahhhh

Hi Kenny, Yes i did notice that was going on those dates. Thats probably the main reason my friends are going. I will join them but I am more interested in seeing the sights in Amsterdam.
