I think the best way to present my self is to tell you a little about my grand-father.

he was a great man that everybody loved. he was a barman.

his story takes place at the chateau Laurier in Ottawa where he worked for over 45 yrs from before the crash in 1929 till end of the 60'. he served from parliement people to famous guests, bootleggers, local dunks etc...

when I was a child, every time we went to his house I was playing the basement with these magical things he kept all along his carreer. shakers,swizzle stix, jiggers, weird shapped glasses. I was mystified by how these things where related to all stories he told me.

one day he told me:

" when you listen to people, you learn something about yourself"

meaning that ; the more open you are, the better your life will be.

guest what now, after a back ground in communications i alway stayed in the bar business since college till now, 20 yrs later.with all the people i met through the years .it made me travel in many ways .

now I everywhere I go I try to live like the locals an avoid mainstream stuff. to everyone you meet pay attention you 'd be suprised where it can lead you.
