Restaurant Name: Alibaba's xinjiang canting (embassy district)

Best way i could describe this is to explain the entrance. It has those plastic flaps you walk through into freezers as its doors. This is in the embassy district and is wonderful. The wait staff/owners are interesting, fun, funny. It was right next to my hotel and we ate there often, especially when a little tipsy and decided to get some chuanr (lamb kebabs) and naan from the grill built into the wall. If you are easily grossed out by less than western standards in restaurants, i would not recommend this, however it was incredible food and a wonderfully fun time.

Favorite Dish: I loved the pan fried green beans, delicious. But in all honesty the naan and the chuanr (CHWAR) are out of this world.

I cant wait to get over to xinjiang.
