I moved to Brooklyn when I started college in 2001, and continued living here after I got a job in NYC. Although I wouldnt call Brooklyn beautiful, it does have its own charms (and is very convenient). Brooklyn is just a stop along the way for me, but is always worth a visit.

Leave it to a New Yorker...you guys know how to eat!! And where to find the good little spots .. cheap! Had a friend living in Brooklyn and enjoyed many pleasant days there.
