The Blue Mountains was the first place in Australia that I fell in love with on the spot. Its a 2 hour train ride from Sydney and worth every minute.

The train drives through majestic scenery on the way up to Katoomba. Once there, the lookouts are beautiful, the hikes exciting the the train ride up terrifying. This is a must do for anyone visiting Sydney.
