Interesting but not exciting Had two trips to Vienna. First for a conference about 1993, and it was good fun. Good hotel, good company, good travel, interesting ciity.
In 1998 we stopped overnight after a week working in Bratislava, to help a friend celebrate his birthday. Very expensive night out, but good!
Some sightseeing both times. Eeveryone should try to see the place, but its not a "fun" destination. Too reserved and formal.
