My wife and I spent a weekend in London and stayed in Days Inn Waterloo hotel. We booked via internet and the choice was made thanks to the very affordable price at a fairly good location close to Waterloo station. The hotel was a typical large business hotel, with no frills or highlights. The room was clean and comfortable, only problem was that the weather was hot, there was no air-conditioning and the electric fan was not working. Second slight annoyance was the location next to Kennington Road police station - the police car sirens woke us up couple of times during the night. I was satisfied with value for the money, although would opt to stay next time in a hotel not next to a police / fire station.
Unique Qualities: View to Imperial War Museum.
