Serene, authentic not overly touristy. A great get away for lovarrs or just those looking for some relaxation. The snorkeling is great, as is the scuba diving. Spring and fall best times to visit. This picture is from an island close to the town of Loretto. Loretto is about 200 miles north of Cabo San Lucas, where I have been. Cabo is totally touristy, more expensive. I think Loretto is the way to go. Also threw on some pics from Rocky point. If you ever get to Phoenix, and are here for a few weeks, don't be shy about taking a trip down to Rocky Point in the spring. Only a 2 1/2 hour drive. |
| | Nightlife Friendly locals, USA'ers and Mexicans mingle fairly easily as this part of the Baja is very dependent on tourism |
| | Muy romantico There is an island off the bay, sorry forget the name at the moment, that you must visit for the views. |
