When I was in Anjuna in 94 it was such a laidback, quiet place, still very rural with not much traffic and several hippy types around. When I went back in 2003 is was noisy and full of pretend hippies... but hey it's still nice there!

With the current local government in Goa clamping down on the hippies, how long will it be until Anjuna is another Costa Del Sol?
