    • Unfortunately, the water running through the canals are not the cleanest in the country. That is definetely a setback that this beautiful town has. I was afraid of riding on gondolas because if I did not want to get wet on Venetian water....!

    I decided to walk all around the town. But I would recommend you do both! To get both views of Venice.
