Salzburg, Austria | View of Salzburg and the Hohensalzburg Fortress |
Salzburg is small, charming, and wet compared to Vienna. I had taken a train from sunny Vienna on May 25 2006 to meet up with my mother, brother and his girlfriend in Salzburg, to find it cloudy and drizzling. |
| St Sebastian Church's Bell Tower |
| | St Sebastian Church St Sebastian Church was situated right beside our hotel in Salzburg. We got to know the belltower quite well since May 25th was a religious holiday and its bell (and other church's bells) were ringing frequently throughout the day and evening. Behind our hotel was St Sebastian's cemetary. |
