Restaurant Name: Kutscher Gwolb Restaurant
This restaurant feels tucked a way from the crowd as it sits in an enclosed courtyard to the right of the Carriage Museum, it's not out in the open. We sat outside in the patio area to enjoy the sunny May weather even though there is a nice large room indoors. There were many large tables with umbrellas, large potted trees and palms, and the area was bright and cheerful. The food on the menu was local with a few creative twists to some of the items. It offered goulash, sausages, different types of pork and chicken, fish, etc. It also had some vegetarian dishes besides the salads. The food was well prepared and presented, and the portions were generous. It was a great chance to relax from walking and exploring the Schonbrunn grounds.
Favorite Dish: I had the Chefs salad because I wanted something light for lunch, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived that it comprised of a number of different cold salads: bean; potato, green leaf, beets, etc. Even though it was a large portion, it tasted so good I was able to finish it easily. Venezia Ristorante Pizzeria: Venezia, a taste of Italy in Vienna

Restaurant Name: Venezia Ristorante Pizzeria
I was invited to lunch while I was in Vienna in May 2006 by another tourist that I had met earlier, H L an Australian from Perth, to this charming Italian restaurant. He had eaten there the day before and he highly recommended it. I was not disappointed. The menu was large and varied, containing a good selection of pastas, pizzas and meat dishes. The coffee we had with our meal was very good, too. It had a large patio on Karntner Street, and two rooms inside - a small on the main floor, and a large bright room on the second floor with murals on the walls. The washrooms had their own amusing murals as well. We sat outside on the patio to enjoy the weather and soak up the atmosphere on the pedestrian strip. All in all it was a great experience, the food and coffee were excellent as so was the company.
Favorite Dish: I had a spinach ravioli dish with a rich white cream sauce. The dish was very good, great flavour. Petra Mehner Vancouver BC Canada

Restaurant Name: Mr Lee Quicklee Restaurant
This restaurant is located in downtown Vienna near Schwedenplatz station, so it’s along a busy street and square. This bright and modern restaurant has a surprisingly large menu. One can be forgiven for thinking at first it’s just a fast food Chinese restaurant – but it’s so much more! Yes, there’s peking duck and fried rice and spring rolls on the menu. But there is also sushi, maki, gyoza, chicken wings, and soup. The service is fast and friendly. The food is hot, tastey and reasonably priced. Everything is below 10 Euros. It’s a great place to stop at if you want a change from the local cuisine, or if you are in a hurry going from one attraction to another. I later learned that this restaurant is part of a mini chain of restaurants in Vienna, called Mr Lee Asia World, ranging from budget to upscale.
Favorite Dish: My favourite item were the Peking Duck rolls. It came in strips with green onions and sauce, wrapped up in a thin flatbread.
