    • this is not near historic downtown parts of the city but is a nice hotel. It's modern with a lot of shops in the lobby. I was there on business so it was pefect for me. probably not a hotel for the tourist spending a few days touring Amsterdam.

    Unique Qualities: The hotel is within walking distance to the last stop for one of the city's trolley lines. It was a lot of fun just to take the trolley and see where you wind up. It's a cheap tour. This does take you to downtown Amsterdam. It was fun to do.
