A traveller's liability

However, you surely do know the ultimate backpacker's dream, aka 'the beach' ..
As a virtual tourist, there's an antagonism between sharing and bewaring - what good is it to 'destroy' the sanctuaries you encounter?

For this reason there are things I won't write about - I hope you bear with me.

Although travelling is nice, there's so much too see at home... Maybe you sometimes just need another perspective...

Only ~150km south, the Alpes start.. 1hr flight-time to Milano now.. :-)

Many tourists to southern Germany visit castle 'Neuschwanstein'. But it's a brand-new experience to see it like that... No queues here...

Schlossmuseum Murnau

Summertime... :-)

Oh yes, it has been a nice summer so far. Enjoy the late summer sun and ...visit a museum??
Why not - the 'Schlossmuseum' at Murnau, Bavaria is a sweet little museum, right now featuring a collection of Wassily Kandinsky, Franz Marc, Gabriele Muenter & Co, aka. 'Der blaue Reiter'. Do some hiking or wander around one of the lakes in the area afterwards and rejoice in nature.

The compulsory...About me...

Hm, what would you propably like to know about me?
I am a student in my innocent mid-twenties - I like travelling, maybe that's why you're here too, I love to see and smell and experience the world and it's miracles. So much to discover out there.... Mh, what else? I like Science-Fiction, ever read the 'Revelation Space' epos by Alastair Reynolds? A great work, I love that mysterious universe. I like cooking too. And I don't mind if you find that weird, it's just like that: I am a student (think I said that), so -- no money. When I can't travel physically, that way I can at least do a culinary RTW-trip... Any good recipes? Just tell me, but spare the French deli's please ;-)
