Chikan Old Town, Kaiping
The old town of Chikan (Check Hum- in Kaiping dialects) is an unchanged, untouched, well preserved old town second only to Xiagang old town. When I went there on 14 June 2006, I was amazed by the beautiful architecture and the originality. If you are in Kaiping visiting the watchtowers, remember to visit Chikan Old Town.
