Restaurant Name: Local food, prepared everywhere

Just a heads up to anyone travelling to Vanuatu, a local dish that everyone eats called LapLap may be the worst tasting thing you ever put in your mouth. I'd definately try it at least once just to say you've tried it, but the first time I had it, the way it was prepared, it looked like Brownie.

It's made from a local root called Laplap (of course), and they put it in everything.
