The downtown district along the riverfront on Little Rock has really made a turn around in 10 years. It can now hold up to any other small metro across the U.S., when it comes to bars & entertainment.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Lots of good lodging, great food, descent bars
Cons:expensive lodging downtown, 21 & over for bars
