Anawangin Cove

Beach with Lush Pine Trees

Here in Anawangin Cove was my first ever camping experience. The idea of staying overnight in a deserted island was a new adventure for me. Being a neophyte, I had my apprehension, I imagine things that could happen or go wrong during our stay - heavy rains, typhoon, tsunami, etc. But none of these odd things happened.

At night, I remember indulging moments of stargazing - the stars seemed closer and bigger to us... and when I went to sleep, sounds of nature like waves splashing on the shore, crickets and other tiny creatures chirping caressed my ears.

In the morning, again the crickets chirping and birds humming a beautiful tune woke me up. I had a great day and night of communion with nature.

Anawangin is a good place for you to try out your skills in photography...
