So much to see and so much to do | Entrance to the attraction "Theater of the Sea" |
From swimming with the dolphins to spending a night undersea in a Jules Verne-inspired underwater hotel, the Upper Keys could keep a person busy so that they might never make it to Key West.
No trip to the Keys can be complete without at least getting into the water one time. Whether it be snorkeling, scuba, or swimming, the water is warm in the summer and with the many reefs available, it provides a chance to see underwater marine life similar to that of the Caribbean without leaving the USA. |

| | On land or in water, you can have a great time There is so much to do here and I have only scratched the surface.
There are many resources also and one of the first things I do in the Keys is to obtain a free copy of either guidebook- Great Locations/Florida Keys (www.GreatLocations.com) or See the Florida Keys (www.see-floridakeys.com).
There is ample information, coupons and maps to help guide you in selecting hotels, food and activities. |

| | Many choices in great places to eat and drink Eating and drinking seem to be a past time in the Keys. At least that is what I have experienced (and enjoyed).
Between the laid back attitudes and choices available for entertainment and activities, the Keys offer a different look at the Florida lifestyle. |

| Pros: | "Many things to see, do, eat and drink. Great seafood!" | | Cons: | "Sometimes people can over-run the Keys" | | In A Nutshell: | "An escape from the "mainland"" |
