I´m a compulsive traveller, have been travelling 20 years ( 2 month a year ), now i have a bar restaurant in santiago ( opened in Oct 2005 ) all my travels are for culinary reasons and
i hope some of my advises or reviews are helpfull to you.
I do travell around the world tasting local food and also international restaurants, wines and liquors. getting into kitchens everiwhere learning recipes and aquiring flavors. visit my bangkok page and lima ( the two best places for food )
Allover the world , cooks are used to cook with some special ingredients, and also a coocking methods. Today the world is more open to travellers , then today new recipes and fusions of cultures are growing . Food and flavors are changing.
Part of my trips are antiques oriented, on the picture you can se a flee market in Shanghay, not expensive and really interesting to visit. also you´ll find that morocco has great antique ( fakes or real ) also peru and argentina.
